1. General
    At pbox.gr, we want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase. However, because we mainly deal in antiques and unique, handmade items, and in order to comply with progressive Greek and European legislation on distance selling (KDP 225/2017, Directive 2011/83/EU), the following return rules apply:
  2. Right of Refusal – Exceptions
    2.1 Antiques: Antiques, collectibles, or personalized items (e.g., special aging, customizations) are not returnable unless they deviate significantly from the description on the website.
    2.2 Health Seal & Sensitive Products: If a product has a seal inside the packaging or is sensitive (e.g., perfumes, food), it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless it is defective.

  3. Return Time & Procedure

    3.1 Within Greece
    – You have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receipt.
    – You return the product in its original condition, unused, with full packaging, labels and proof of purchase.
    – Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product has a serious defect or difference from the published description.

       3.2 Outside Greece

– For orders outside Greece, due to extremely high transport costs, the standard 14-day return policy is not available.
– We only accept returns if the item has a serious defect or has been shipped incorrectly.
– The shipping costs for the return are borne solely by the customer, with a service chosen by the customer, to ensure proper packaging and safety during transport.

4.Refunds and Exchanges
4.1 We check the returned product within 7 working days of receipt.
4.2 On confirmation of correct condition, we will refund the purchase value (excluding return postage) within 14 working days by the same payment method or, if you wish, by bank deposit.
4.3 In the event of a defect or shipping error, we will bear the costs of reshipping the correct item or replacement.

5.Return Request Procedure
To initiate a return, please send us an email at returns@pbox.gr with:
– Your order number,
– A description of the reason for the return,
– A photo of the product (optional) in case of damage.
We will send you all the necessary shipping instructions within 2 business days.

6.Return status
The product must be returned in a condition that allows it to be sold again as new (if it is a perfect return). Anything damaged, worn or missing may be accompanied by a corresponding discount on the return amount or even a refusal to accept the parcel.

7.Legal Provisions
This policy is in line with:
– The General Consumer Protection Regulation (Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in Greece by the CPC 225/2017)
– The Civil Code (articles on distance contracts)
– Law 2251/1994 on “Protection of Consumer Rights”

8.Amendments
We reserve the right to update this Returns Policy. Changes are posted on pbox.gr and are effective from their publication. We recommend that you check back regularly.
